Today I did some work on the cover to my Kale comic and then realized that I should have a neat typeface logo for it. Then using what I learned from my design, typography, and software classes I put together some logo ideas in Illustrator after doing some thumbnail sketches. It feels good to put what I've learned at VCU to good use, and for personal work.
I'm leaning towards this one right now.
Any critiques are welcomed.

I like the fonts, but I think the kerning on "Lost" should be spaced out a bit more to at least make it visually look like it has the same amount of space between the letters at "found" does. The "OUND" in found, though they all almost touch at the top, have a space between them, where the "lost" feels squished together, even if the spacing is the same.
I see what you mean, thanks for pointing that out! :D
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
I like the two on the left...the brush effect is really nifty! In any case, they all look super-pro. :D
