Not really art related but certainly in regards to networking!
I got my own facebook page as an artist. Check it out.
I'll also have photos of paintings soon.
Now back to studying biology! D:

Finals Looms like a Thunderstorm in the distance
It's not that bad really. Just a little nerve racking. Especially with Italian and then two more big Biology tests. Here I'll just make a list:
FINALS:
+Finish all paintings
+Write a detailed paper evaluating myself and my work this semester for painting class. Due May 10th.
+Painting meeting on May 10th
+Bio Exam this Friday
+Bio Final next week
+3 days of Italian review left
+Italian Final
+About one more Bio Lab class? + extra homework.
+Finish summer class presentation before end of semester.
Here are a few non-school things I've managed to squeeze in:
WIP photo of Zombie Ramla and Satruday. Just for fun.
Dr. Sketchy's Tropical Fun by ~Spork-Bunny on deviantART
My last Dr. Sketchy's session. The next one is Steampunk Themed! I can't wait :D
Ceil Sketch Card by ~Spork-Bunny on deviantART
Ciel from Kuroshitsuji. Part of a mini series of cards.
Madam Red Card by ~Spork-Bunny on deviantART
Madame Red from Kuroshitsuji. Also part of the mini series of cards.
Once the semester winds down I'll try and scan some sketchbook pages and I'll post my summer presentation once its' done.
Back to homework for me!

This is a really good video that makes great points about being an artist. I intend to stick it out.

Water Color Studies 1-6
In preperation for my summer class I've been instructed to do 30 5"x5" water color studies of objects to think about color and how to use a square shape. This will help me to harness the use of color and composition. I've having a lot of fun with it so far and learning to re-appreciate water colors.
I'm using lots of pinks, I'll have to swap around to other colors.

Prints in Progress
I've been making good progress on school work this weekend, and things have been going more smoothly, so I decided to work on fixing some of my artwork to make prints for Nekocon. Here's a sneak peek.
I've also been hatching plans for if I can't get an artist alley table, which would be awful but I still plan on going to Nekocon regardless so I'm going to have fun either way. I decided that if I can't finish the first Kale book in time then I'll print what I do have, with loads of extras like concept work, inked illustrations, and other tidbits as a preview book. I was also thinking about scrapping the cosplay idea but my room mate pointed out that cosplaying will bring attention to our table, which would be good. Also if I cant' get a table in time then I can at least enjoy the con as a cosplayer. So I've decided this summer I will start my Lina Inverse cosplay.
The only reason I'm worried about not finishing the book in time is because I've decided to take a project class this summer and it will be a lot of work. I'm also hoping to get a job this summer, and I'll be starting up a paypal account soon and I'll also be taking commissions. WORK WORK WORK ITS NEVER OVER.

Wake up in the morning feelin like P.Diddy...
I have a few minutes to spare before I go back to working on homework so here are a few things that I've scanned today.
+Finnley sketch 'comic'
A sketch that turned into a sort-of sketch comic. Takes place in a steam-punk story that a friend of mine and I were cooking in our heads. From left to right, Hildagard (female sailor/werewolf), Alencia (cook/exorcist), Layla (engineering genius) and Zelphia (field medic/nurse) enjoying a ladies night poker game in Zelphia's cabin. She shouldn't have been so keen to give Layla that whiskey... Hugo tries to console her.
+Apocalyptic RPG character. He's still in progress...
More doodles and sketchbook stuff to come.
Back to painting! *whip crack*
